Coffee, cold drinks, snacks, quick meals, grocery basics, and the forgotten essentials you don't want to drive 30 minutes for.
Closed Monday for restocking and property management.
The Camp Store is here for lodge guests, RV guests, river travelers, and Howard locals. Whether you're here for a weekend or just passing through on US-50, we're a quick stop when you need something.
The nearest gas station or grocery store is 20–30 minutes away in either direction. We stock the practical items people actually use—not a full grocery run, but the everyday things worth having on-site.
Selection may vary. We stock what guests and locals actually use.
Coffee, breakfast sandwiches, milk, eggs, butter, and grab-and-go basics to start the day before the road or the river.
Water, soda, energy drinks, candy, chips, and jerky. Something cold and something crunchy—usually both.
Bread, tortillas, peanut butter, jelly, paper goods, and simple staples. Not a full grocery run—but the things that matter most.
Frozen pizza, burritos, and easy food for cabins, RVs, and late arrivals who don't feel like cooking.
Sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, batteries, first aid basics, and the items everyone seems to forget when they're 30 minutes from town.
The Camp Store is starting simple and expanding based on what guests and locals actually use. We're not guessing at what to stock—we're building inventory around real demand.
What we carry will evolve. Hours may adjust seasonally. If there's something you regularly need that we don't have, let us know—that's exactly how this place gets better.
